Renzom is a German game server hosting company. We sell dedicated game-server slots in a Pterodactyl-style customer panel, with RAM-based pricing (not slot-based like Nitrado / G-Portal). All servers run in Falkenstein, Saxony (Germany).

## Honest policies

- **No setup fees** by default. Optional guided setup is €20 one-time.
- **No minimum contract.** Cancel anytime, prorated through end of billing month.
- **Auto-refund on failed registration** for domain orders (ICANN allows refunds only for failed registrations, never successful ones — we automate this).
- **Live RAM upgrades** without migration: change tier in the panel, server keeps its world / files.
- **DDoS protection included** at every tier, not a paid add-on.
